When you buy an analysis, your photo is resized in your browser and sent securely to our server. Our server passes it to our AI provider (Anthropic) to write your results. The Season Index does not save your photo. It is used only to create your analysis and is discarded once your results are written. We do not use your photo to identify you, and we never sell it or share it for advertising.
Before checkout your photo is kept only in your own browser tab, so it's still there after you pay. Closing the tab clears it.
Payments are processed by Stripe. The Season Index never sees or stores your card number.
If you tick the box at checkout, we add your email and color season to our mailing list (Mailchimp) to send style notes. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Your written results are saved in your own browser so you can come back to them. They are not saved on our servers.
